Who runs BooklivoAI

David James Calder, trading as BooklivoAI (IČO 23984163), Nad Trati 483, Czech Republic, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Email calderdavid483@gmail.com for questions or privacy requests.

Demo bookings

We use your name, work email, business name, selected time and any optional notes to schedule your requested demo and respond about it. We process these details to take steps at your request before a potential contract where applicable. For inquiries made on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and arranging the demo. The booking fields are required to reserve a time. Notes are optional.

Hosting and calendar

Netlify hosts the website and runs the booking function. Google Apps Script checks available times and saves confirmed bookings and form details in Google Calendar. Hosting and security systems may process technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website for that processing.

Retention and international processing

Booking details are kept for as long as needed to arrange the demo and handle related follow-up. We may retain relevant records longer where required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for details about the safeguards applicable to your data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority. Czech Office for Personal Data Protection ↗
